Position Description:

Junior level Computer Technician, first level contact for all problems related, but not limited to, hardware & software support.


  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service as first point of contact
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
  • Document, support, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
  • Deploy, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair software


  • Associate Degree or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows
  • Understanding of Networking Concepts
  • Knowledge of MAC OS & Linux – Not Required
  • Solid Communication, Time Management & Problem Solving Skills
  • Driver’s License & Vehicle Preferred – Needed for Possible Home Deliveries
